Universal shelves
They are made entirely of elements of different thickness steel plate, painted in electrostatic field. The constructive concept enables installation / removal of shelves with a minimum of effort. Assembly can be chained.
Metallic elements are made manly by rolling, stamping and welding points, with precision machine tools, having provided fit tolerance to the functional dimensions. Shelves are mounted on clips slightly forced, helping to achieve good rigidity of the assembly.
USES
Uses:
Archiving, picking, infrastructure for mobile longitudinal shelving, mezzanine infrastructure.
FEATURES OF LEGS
Features of legs:
- Steel plate of 1 mm, corrugated by rolling process, with U49x30 mm section, with trimmed edges.
- Slots for clips to allow adjustment of shelves from 25 to 25 mm.
- Bearing capacity for one frame (2 legs connected above and below by beams) is 2800 kg.
- Electrostatic Painting in gray.
FEATURES OF SHELVES
Features of shelves:
- Steel sheet of 0.8 mm, folded on 3 sides, achieving a thickness of 30 mm.
- Shelves corners are welded into points.
- Electrostatic Painting in gray.
FEATURES OF SOLES
Features of soles:
- Black polyethylene or steel plate 3mm
- Height frames: 1750-6500 mm, with an increment of 250 mm
- Maximum load per frame: 2800 kg
- Length modules (axle-axle pillars): 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300 mm
- Depth shelves: 300-800 mm
- Maximum weight on the shelves: 270 kg
- Finishing: Painted or all zinc coated.
